Any govt that gives trillions $ in tax-cuts to corporations while it stops funding healthcare to MILLIONS of citizens should be held accountable for their illness disability & death. It's unconscionable - so should be unlawful to allow people to get sick/die due to lack of funds.

Lawsuits are a powerful tool against greedy companies that only care about MONEY! I say sue the ass off of the Insurance Company and also sue Idaho for allowing them to break the law and extort money from sick people.

I'm curious if you believe the same standard should be applied to those cities refusing to follow federal law.
-
Are you referring to cities that use quotas for arrests, or illegally search using "stop and frisk" or confiscate property through civil forfeiture though no crime is proven?? Sorry, ...you'll have to be more specific.

Sooooo...how would this be any different than the Obama administration choosing to look the other way when states enacted marijuana legalization bills that directly violate federal statutes?

Neither works. insurance companies are in more control of policy, profit, patient & physician. Ins com were the reasoning behind ACA, & helicopter lobbyied during the writing of ACA. Ppl shouldn't have 2 choose between real care and bankrupting premiums

Fantastic! Give people choices with regard to their plans. I would rather pay for routine visits and procedures in exchange for low catastrophic coverage. I should have that option.
