Actually, I am a broker and we knew that this was going to happen. The navigator programs were not suppose to be permanent.

Unfortunately, no one set up for the brokers to do outreach as most companies slashed commissions and relied on Navigators as unpaidsales

The fee brokers that are left are either charging fees to keep their lights on or banding with advocacy groups to help as many enrollments
