Why is it weird, the GOP is a party that never takes responsibility for anything. This is their strategy for winning, and it has worked

You need to understand, Corker is a republican from TN, he has never had to do anything assertive, he's new to the role.
-
Yes,
@SenBobCorker is one of my senators, and he may talk a good game here, but will ultimately fall in line like a good little pocket R. -
Indeed, bless his heart.

How you all felt when the gunman fired on you on the baseball diamond? That's how the GOP makes Americans feel daily.

They don't know how to govern. For 8 years they were united in obstruction, now they have to figure out how to govern w/disparate views.

The Tea Party will always be a problem for the GOP, and it's a problem of their own making btwn no govt loons&Reps who are afraid of them.
-

Is there some way that this one individual can bring the negotiations out into the open, if he wanted to?
-
He's doing more than other Repubs R doing, is taking a risk by speaking out ag wht leaders of GOP R doing. Perhaps shd be given credit.
-
If more GOP Congr members spoke out, GOP leaders wd have 2 stop secrecy. We live in a time of evil. Every small good action shd B recognized
-
We've watched GOP
@SenJohnMcCain@LindseyGrahamSC@marcorubio@JeffFlake speak out but then meekly fall in line. Virtue signaling. Skeptical -
GOP is authoritarian party so speaking out is risky to their re-election. Of course threatening 2 vote No wd be better-- & even more risky.
