.@sarahkliff The tax credits (subsidies) to pay the premiums will go away. You're misleading people. Is this on purpose?

.@sarahkliff Serious Question: Is your job to mislead people or explain the truth? Because premiums will not spike.

@sarahkliff Perhaps Dems should have actually READ the law instead of shoving it thru under suspended rules....

@sarahkliff premiums won't spike. Premiums will stay the same. Consumers just won't be shielded from them.

@jadler1969 MT @sarahkliff if King v. Burwell enforces the law as written, premiums in MS will spike *650%*

@sarahkliff Plenty of people who don't qualify for subsidies have to pay those "650%" higher premiums already.

@sarahkliff Would not be "against" the law. The issue in the case is what the law actually says. It's not that hard to understand

@sarahkliff I'm not sure I understand the phrase "goes against Obamacare." That applied in 2012, but this is simply a case about an IRS rule

@sarahkliff That's the way the law was written, and Gruber went on a tour touting the same thing. If only Dems had read the Bill.

@sarahkliff Yep. Looks like dems should've read it and made corrections. Oh well, implement it as it's written. Another ACA fail.
