@sarahkliff@markos yes, the article is clear but not the tweet. I don't want "basketball" to mean "men" (particularly at UConn)

@sarahkliff - please explain to me how Kentucky is graduating 82% if multiple players go 1 year. Crazy shit there. -
@tjwhite18 As we note in the story, the NCAA doesn't count players going pro as dropouts (by contrast, government stats do). -
@sarahkliff it's an absolutely bogus chart; as is the APR: just start with North Carolina having fake courses & paper grades. Unbelievable

UK is highest final 4 team. 82% RT
@sarahkliff UConn’s basketball team graduates exactly 8 percent of its players. http://www.vox.com/2014/4/7/5590682/uconns-basketball-team-graduates-8-percent-of-players … … -
@MelissaRyan I call shenanigans on that UK number. -

@sarahkliff@markos Wow! I say anything under 80% is disgraceful. This is why schools should increase standards and pay NCAA athletes.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@sarahkliff You are usually much more careful than this. Numbers exclude players who go pro. Kentucky's 82% not even close to realityThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
