@sarahkliff I get a Google Drive error instead of the PDF, perhaps because Google Drive is blocked by the VA (and maybe other agencies?).

@afrakt Huh seems to work for me. Happy to email the PDF if helpful. -
@MDaware@sarahkliff Good enough. Thanks. -
@afrakt@sarahkliff no problem. my HTML is very basic, but looks like only the header is commented out? -
@MDaware@afrakt@sarahkliff No - it’s commented out all the way down to the line that starts ‘Any communication...' -
@schrifty@afrakt@sarahkliff serious question (my html is very basic) how can you tell? it's not just the line with "<!--" ? -
@MDaware@afrakt@sarahkliff the comment starts there and ends with the “—>” several lines later. - 4 more replies

@sarahkliff It isn't uncommon, for programmers to put jokes in early versions of code. Clearly makes fun of NSA. Joke now commented out.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@sarahkliff Strictly speaking, that's not code. It's copy for display on the site. Nothing to do with the code on http://healthcare.govThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@sarahkliff That's basic HTML, with the <!-- and the --> showing the beginning and end of the commented out code. It's not "real" code.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@sarahkliff Yep, that probably WOULD be a violation of HIPAA. However, it's commented out. The contractor should have probably deleted it.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@sarahkliff Campbell is right on this one. Any verbiage that would have appeared on screen would have been dictated and approved by CMS.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@sarahkliff That's not code. It's an onscreen message, but it is commented out so it won't display on the screenThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@sarahkliff There’s nothing to analyze - it’s not actually code. Just commented-out boilerplate. Dumb.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@sarahkliff Yup, anything between the <!-- and the --> actually would never have showed up on the page when someone loaded it. -
@sarahkliff Unless they looked at the source for the page, that is :)
