        .@sarahkliff Arizona signed up 93K people in 2002 for its Medicaid expansion and 366K by 2011. But there was no decrease in the uninsured.

        @sarahkliff Great, they were able to find affordable private health insurance on the exchange? Oh wait, they all are in Medicaid.

        @MHPisconfused @sarahkliff People on Medicaid already have insurance. They are not part of the 56,000 signing on the exchanges.
