    Very encouraging update from this evening. All homes between Lower Mortlake Road and the railway line now reconnected and all the roads off Kew Road should be done this evening. Crews working up until midnight tonight to get as many back in as possible.

    Encouraging news from this afternoon. Gas pressures are back up thanks to the large volume of water pumped out from the site below Sainsbury’s car park. 700 properties are back on; another 500- 600 to go.

    Richmond Hair Company on Sheen Road is offering free hair washes, Pools on the Park has offered showers...

    Thousands of Richmond properties have been affected by gas outage issues in recent days. We’d love to hear from (or about) businesses that have been helping, or who are planning to help local people by providing washing or cooking facilities etc. Please let us know.
