I'm not sure the criticism is fair. Not everyone extroverts well. I always feel like I'm the last to hear. And it doesn't seem right that my social awkwardness might be forgiven b/c I'm a member of vulnerable population, but not non-abusive men who might also be equally awkward.

They should look at the fact they are an introvert, don't notice or get involved in social interaction of others, and thus are often not included in such interaction? Pray tell, what would your solution be, besides saying to fuck off?

In general yes but: Might want to consider further exceptions to this for people early in their career and in isolated places. Esp bc they could be in danger. I didn't hear about much of this until I moved back to the states + to a uni with better gender balance
