I have, multiple times. I've also read his feed, & despite the fedora, it doesn't read like a typical mansplainer.
1) Perhaps because it's a great bio piece on the OvG judge.
2) Yeah, about 500 words after most people on the internet stop reading. #Dontassumemalice

He was definitely mansplaining
-
His comment meant, "are you sure you know what you're talking about because here's a pithy summary of a detail that I think makes you wrong"
-
I don't often mansplain, but when I do it's about mansplaining

Mansplaining the mansplanation. All we need is someone to mansplain that tweet (I kid, no one needs that)

"It says so in the article" would have been fair. As it is I think you're dunking on someone who doesn't seem to have had bad intentions (and doesn't seem to have been trying to explain anything to anyone).
-
Then what did he mean? I guess the most charitable interpretation is that he thought there might have been two or more Oracle vs Google cases (one not judged by Alsup) and that her tweet might have referred to a different one, but that's a bit of a stretch...
-
...since if there had been multiple OvG cases worth mentioning surely anyone talking about them would specify which.

Did he know (1) though?
