why doesn't anyone understand that blockchains are "unforgeable" insofar as the data that's encoded in a blockchain signifies nothing more than the data itself (e.g. numbers shuffling in a ledger) and that the moment it corresponds to something IRL many problems arise

I think I've heard UI called "brittle" when it is easy for people to make mistakes using it.
@haloedrain is there a better word? -
I don't have a single word for that, other than "terrible." Brittle could work, but to me implies not just usability but code fragility in accounting for anything other than the happy path.

Generally "it is too easy to make disastrous, unrecoverable errors" works well enough for me, but it's not really pithy enough give as a name of a metric
