I'm struggling to get sense of how aggressive companies will be. Will Craigslist ban personals, Tumblr and Twitter ban adult content etc.
It's really hard to tell, that's the problem with ~ unintended consequences ~ and ~ chilling effects ~

it's not rambling, it's an important point of view that is not at all reflected in Congress or the media
