It's possible, but I figured out why this one feels weird-- because contract of carriage of course assumes passengers aren't boarded yet

I can only wonder if “board” or “boarded” has special legal def. in caselaw—it’s not in definitions of CofC.

Also just factually weird right? Why would an airline ever figure out that it was overbooked after people had already gotten on the plane?
