it is. i think those of us who are news-savvy get a v skewed view of how much (and what) avg ppl actually know about politics

ppl are almost unbelievably alienated from politics. fake news might be part of it, but it's an exacerbation of a trend imho

yes, it's just very heartbreaking when it has to do with a benefit they themselves receive and sign up for every year
