A recurring theme at this event is EITC, SNAP, Medicaid, etc. work pretty well, but administrative overhead cuts effectiveness of delivery.

The other reason I like Ballmer is because, after his job got taken by an immigrant, he went & replaced an old racist dude. Everybody wins!
