Recently had a friend show me her denial letter explicitly said she was denied because it is possible she might seek mat. leave.

Yikes. But good for her. That should speed along her lawsuit; nice of them to provide proof of illegal discrimination.

She literally showed me the letter with those exact words and I can't get her to even talk to a lawyer :/
