True - I may have been sloppy in my tweet. Photog claims photos were dedicated to the public or some such. Will take a look!

Looks like both Flickr and the LOC have “no known copyright restrictions” as the rights statement. Sounds like a CC0-type dedication.

Yeah, complaint will be interesting. I’d say it’s violating 106 right “to authorize” use by interfering w/ author’s grant to public.
