I keep thinking about the question about whether a Pokemon in your yard is a trespass. Can't get it out of my head.

My view: The location triggers a rendering on a phone. Your lat/long is not part of the bundle of property rights

That's not the same as trespass. And they ask users not to violate property laws fwiw.
