@hzabarsky she asked Harvard if she could finish up her degree taking Columbia classes because she wanted to move to NYC with her husband
@hzabarsky At the time, the law school did not have many woman law students and had only started admitting women in 1950
@hzabarsky so they just couldn't make heads or tails of the situation, and refused to be flexible. She transferred to Columbia instead.
