@sarahjeong it does if the matching is de facto exact and everything matches. Anyone can workaround that & still have a counterfeit.

@travelingheidi majority dicta gives its blessing to systems that don't consider four factor test, implicitly endorses Universal procedure -
@travelingheidi if even the Universal procedure can go to a jury trial, there's no point in contesting any automated system -
