@sarahjeong good one. In knowledge context, it is *amazing* how *awful* Britannica was on gender/race—and also hugely influential. -

@sarahjeong yeah, I think important for thoughtful critics (and implementers!) to not lose sight of the positive opportunities. -
@sarahjeong the burnout you mention for paid moderators also influences those who must think about it as planners and coders of tools. :(
