You know what? These companies have diversity, and oftentimes that diversity is MOSTLY found in abuse / community / trust & safety teams

They have diverse empathetic employees who advocate for users... .... and these employees get thrown under the fucking bus.

STOP TREATING OUR ADVOCATES AS CANNON FODDER.

Platforms that do not take those employees seriously are platforms that do not take online harassment seriously.
