@vogon hmm this is different than one-off content though, in order for these new rules to be effective, T&S needs to watch larger patterns

@vogon it's not something that can be achieved in a warehouse kind of setting -
@sarahjeong imagine it's a tier-1/tier-2 thing where uncomplicated cases are done to a checklist, then some get refereed to actual employees
