He'd purchased 31 semiautomatic weapons and was storing them, apparently believing they'd be valuable if new gun control laws passed.

Last tweet before I duck back in: Bollaert has a motion to be released pending appeal. I do think he'll be successful on appeal.

But he'll probably be incarcerated throughout the appeal; the judge already denied his release between trial and sentencing.

Judge: "He deserves to be punished rather severely." No probation. Will have "significant" sentence.

Defense is relying in part on the fact that Craig Brittain was not imprisoned as an argument that Bollaert should get a lenient sentence.
