@sarahjeong I don't get what the line of reasoning is amongst prosecutors. Is there a school of thought who thinks this is what GJs are for?

@sarahjeong Am i mistaken that the point of grand juries is to go "yup looks like there's enough evidence that further inquiry is needed"?
@knowtheory yeah and in the Mike Brown case we know they did unusual things that we could speculate were meant to result in no indictment
