@sarahjeong It should be available for anyone who is the victim of harassment and limited to harassment. Question is how to keep it that way

@sarahjeong Twitter has the data on what tweets people are getting. I don’t think it would be hard to analyze that.

@sanspoint What about people being angry with Bill Cosby and hijacking his meme? What about Adrian Chen's "doxxing" of violentacrez?

@sarahjeong There’s a clear difference between those and threats along the line that Brianna Wu and Zoe Quinn have gotten. At least to me.
