And finally, here's a piece of the puzzle I am fucking desperate to read material on: What is actually going through harassers' minds?

What motivates them? What makes them sit at the computer for hours, for months, being complete dipshits?

Why do they track some women for YEARS, trying to ruin them online?

The closest I've gotten to understanding it is @AdrianChen's profiles on violentacrez / 8chan, and those don't reveal much about inner mind.

If you don't understand what motivates them, you're highly likely to misunderstand how to stop them.

@sarahjeong I'm with @mslopatto: it's a reflexive defense of our beliefs and culture, in which misogyny and racism are deeply ingrained.
