@sarahjeong It seems to me to be one of the biggest civic issues of our time, but almost nobody is talking about it. :/
@punkdirt I'm pretty sure there's people talking about it but not sure on a theoretical or prescriptive level

@punkdirt there's a lot of legal stuff about whether TOSes are enforceable, etc., but idk about them blanketing every part of daily life -
