Hey does anyone know of a writeup where a member of a disadvantaged group successfully brought an internet defamation case

@sarahjeong Not a defamation case, but there's a case going up to the Supreme Court about internet threats. Is that interesting to you?

@bond_alexander Virginia v. Black -- the Court finds it's actually constitutional to ban cross-burnings, just not in the way Virginia did it -
@bond_alexander the logic in that case is interesting to me because i wonder if it could be applied to gendered harassment -
@bond_alexander like i doubt THIS court would do that but it's still an interesting way to think about the 1st Am
