Hey does anyone know of a writeup where a member of a disadvantaged group successfully brought an internet defamation case

@sarahjeong@bond_alexander yeah, though the amount of "excess" required is a legal gray area. This one strikes me as a bit much too though. -
@voretaq7@bond_alexander the standard is hand-wavey but it exists. -
@sarahjeong@bond_alexander we'll put it in the same pile as all the "potentially pornography" stuff the court will know when it sees :-)
