@sarahjeong I have mixed feelings. I don't think it's a good idea to say, in essence, "we don't care how the outside world sees us." -
@sarahjeong On the other hand, worrying too much about it can certainly be counterproductive as well. Like so many things, it's hard. -
@sarahjeong One thing *is* certain, though, and that's that having a good public image is no longer just about traditional media.
