The Twitter verification system was created to deal with EXACTLY THIS SCENARIO. If you can’t figure out how to use Twitter, GET OFF TWITTER.

@anildash I don't seem to have any of those choices, but I'd use if I did. I wish users could "verify" whoever is important to them-& filter -
