here, the arrest was wrongful and bullshit in the first place so of course no evidence is at issue or ever will be :/
note: it’s very hard to go after the police for 4th or 5th Am violations, particularly when no evidence is at issue

@iroc well i was referring to the exclusionary rule — primary way to punish cops is to exclude evidence at trial. -
