Think about the elements of creativity in a photo: the composition, focus, framing -- the way he *tells* the story, he controlled none

@sarahjeong At least with a camera trap the photog sets up the camera composition (a bit) before leaving to let the sensors trigger. -
@michaelk42 there's a lot the photographer does there! It seems like only a little but in terms of artistic choices, many are made -

@PaulGowder arguably he created derivative works of a public domain work, so it depends on whether he added enough creativity/originality?
