@sarahjeong no comment on the neon stuff but some of their formula x line stuff is cool. damn expensive though.

@maibits i bought a neon color + neon base coat hoping it would be also great. it was not. -
@sarahjeong neon ones are usually shitty...you have to apply abajillion coats to make it look remotely okay. -
@maibits i thought it would work out because the base coat is a bright white? but the base coat is streaky and hard to get flat -
