Got @-replied by an account with "die n-word" in its handle. It's harrassing someone I follow and trying to dox them.
And the options on the abuse form are gently shunting me away from reporting it as abuse

@sarahjeong They want to funnel it to an algorithm because hiring people to handle the reports would cost money -
@michaelk42 there was a profile done recently on one of the people who handles reports, not sure how true that is -
@sarahjeong I don't think there's any way they employ *nearly* enough people to handle the volume, Google is like that too I think.

@sarahjeong I've had success submitting the (destined to be rejected) automated report, then replying to the automated email w/details. -
@sarahjeong Though I agree w/the larger point that the reporting options are far too narrow & discourage users from filing reports of abuse.
