@sarahjeong@tcarmody Intrigued by idea that CA Const lets people act as legislature. Almost want this to pass to see courts rule on that. -

@sarahjeong@tcarmody Don't states get to define their govs? So if CA Const. declares full pop. to be legislature, Congress has to accept. -
