@sarahjeong I'm less outraged by questionable constitutionality than by naming the entire Bay Area et al "Silicon Valley."
@joshuayuburnett I mean the worst part is the part at the end where he reimburses himself for any litigation fees over its constitutionality

@sarahjeong Wow. I think California is always required to have at least 1 absurd ballot measure every election, but that's impressive. -
