Haute Look, maybe things have changed, but "serving perfectly chilled wine" was not a major concern of mine when I was in college.

@sarahjeong standard fridges are too cold; you want your white wine around 55 degrees, so you have to time taking it out just right.

@sarahjeong tbh, it is not a concern of mine even now. Like. I have drunk wine at all kinds of temperatures and NEVER ONCE DIED OF IT. -

@sarahjeong trust me on this: never get Wine People talking about the perfect temperature for red wine. I've seen things. Awful things.
