I don't think plagiarism is quite right either? I think aggregation w/o (actual) commentary is obnoxious and I hate getting aggregating, but
It's basically implying infringement while avoiding actually asserting an incorrect legal claim, but also hand-waving at a "crime"

If you really believe there's a norm being violated (which I actually do), FUD in word use leaves your opinion vulnerable
