@onekade I mean it’s kind of a weird issue because the CFAA charge gets mixed up with the question of what police officers are allowed to do -
@onekade but yeah this kind of CFAA analysis does weird things to the CFAA -
@onekade wish there were a separate statute for gov’t database misuse -
