Oh, and the other thing— during my periods of having my FB deactivated, I realized there were a bunch of services I couldn’t get into….
like I had signed up for DuoLingo through FB / Scribd / http://Academia.edu , etc.

I point this out because “everybody delete your Facebook!” is not a solution. Like, I will cheer you on if you do, but it’s not simple.
