Piecemeal reforms because ERA stalled. Bummed.
I wish Title IX were a better tool. I wish Morrison had gone the other way. And I wish gender were a fully suspect classification.

New formulation should go after gender, sex, and sexual orientation. Just throw the whole shebang into strict scrutiny.
