It’s so weird how much of society is determined by contractual agreements between processors / other financial institutions
and also it’s hard to tell which agreements go in which direction and what the terms are

anyways I hope everyone enjoyed peering into the terrifying stranglehold that private contracts have over individual activity

because money is now payments and payments are owned by a handful of institutions (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

also lol at the elaborate chain of liability for chargebacks created by contract upon contract upon contract

and how that ultimately affects your ability to choose to give mutual aid to someone in need
