@sarahjeong can I get that explanation anyway? Like why Oracle won on the second round, it seems pretty nonsensical from the sidelines

@sarahjeong for even something as small as an API wrapper. No idea their knowledge/experience level in this stuff though.
@Pepyri_ That may be the case. It’s a garbage decision and I’m very worried about how it’ll do in appeals.

@Pepyri_ so you’d have to get the case on appeal into the Federal Circuit in order to take advantage of this ruling -
