@sarahjeong can I get that explanation anyway? Like why Oracle won on the second round, it seems pretty nonsensical from the sidelines
@Pepyri_ because in the Federal Cir’s view, interoperability is not relevant to whether it’s copyrightable, though it might be for fair use
