@sarahjeong Don't worry. Since the Ninth Circuit has copyright in its headers, it can just sue the Federal Circuit to make them stop. -
@grimmelm but the Federal Circuit fork doesn’t match the purpose of copyright law anymore, strong indication of a transformative use
