@rustyk5 it’s supposed to make it easier to dismiss the suit early and recover attorney’s fees against the plaintiff.

@rustyk5 I’ve never touched an anti-SLAPP case though, and I know nothing about Oregon anti-SLAPP. Looking at it now.
