My favorite thing about 1st Amendment caselaw is how KKK members always win and anarchists always lose.

@sarahjeong interesting... I thought that Schenck in Schenck v US might have been an anarchist as well but Wikipedia says he was a socialist -
@sooner930 I think they get muddled up together, SCOTUS isn't very good about distinguishing different schools of revolutionary thought -
@sooner930 it looks like the defendants in Abrams get explicitly called anarchists by the Court, but I bet they aren’t even.

@darthskeptic well they did have that one pretty terrible loss that actually led to real life persecution and physical harm but
