@sarahjeong Why was Roberts so obsessed about Aereo getting around a statute w/mini ants.? Even if true, wouldn't that be Congress' problem?
@IvanTheK I think it really bothered the court that Aereo appears to be designed to take advantage of Cablevision. It made it “feel” wrong.

@IvanTheK Well, Cablevision is a court-created exception, so, *shrug*. I agree that the “hacking the law” thing shouldn’t be relevant though

@delrayser@IvanTheK well it was a Second Circuit decision so it’s possible (highly unlikely after oral args) that SCOTUS would overturn it -
